What age groups can jump at Jump N Joey?
We welcome jumpers of all ages! Whether you're a toddler taking your first bounce or an adult looking for fun and fitness, we have something for everyone. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Is Jump N Joey safe?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. Our trampolines are built with the latest technology, our staff is fully trained, and we follow strict safety protocols. Grip socks are mandatory to ensure safe jumping.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking online in advance, especially on weekends, holidays, or during party season. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Do you offer birthday party packages?
Yes! We specialize in unforgettable birthday parties. Our party packages include jump time, food, a dedicated party host, private rooms, and more. Check out our website for full details.
Can adults jump too?

What should I wear?
Comfortable, athletic-style clothing is best. All jumpers are required to wear grip socks, which are available for purchase at the park if you don’t have your own.
Is outside food allowed?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but we have a snack bar and offer food options as part of our party packages.
What are your opening & closing hours?
Our park's opening & closing time from Monday to Friday: 12.00 pm to 09.00 pm and Saturday & Sunday: 12.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Be sure to check our website or call ahead during holidays or special events.
