Jump-N-Joey Grip Socks are mandatory @100/- per Pair.

Submission of a valid / signed waiver is mandatory.

Party host must sign and send the Waiver form prior to the party without which we will not allow any adult / kid in the play zone.

Gov. ID is mandatory to provide for age proof.

Locker charges additional @100/- & deposit 400/-. Deposit will be refunded after handover the key.

Jumpers have to vacate Trampoline & Adventure zone after 3 Hours of Play time.

Decoration charges will be additional from our in-house decorator.

No Decoration allowed in Trampoline & Adventure Zone.

In-house DJ available @25,000/- for 3 hours.

Maximum 150 pax are allowed at time in Trampoline & Adventure.

Below 5 years age kids can enter only with guardian / parents and guardian / parents’ entry will be chargeable as per Adult Normal Walk-in Charges.

Professional Mat, Crazy Jump, Spider Tower, & Donut Slide activities are not included for 7 & below 7 age years kids because of safety reason.

Payment terms: 100% Payment has to be paid at least 24 hours prior to the party. 50% must be paid at the time of booking. Payment must be cleared by Cash / Card / UPI. No cheque will be acceptable.

A booking is only confirmed by Jump-N-Joey once the required 50% advance has been received. And the remaining balance must be paid before the party.

Party/Event can’t be cancelled after booking. If any reason can celled by the Host then No refund of advance will be provided by Jump-N-Joey. However, request for a date change will be entertained by Jump-N-Joey at its own discretion. (Within 3 Months)

Jump-N-Joey will not be responsible for any theft in Party or Event.

Food & Drinks are not allowed in Trampoline & Adventure Zone.

Management reserved the rights to change the Policy, Offers, Charges & Packages as & when required.

All participants must adhere to our safety instruction. Any participants who does not follow the safety instructions or poses a danger to others will be asked to stop the activity. If the participant continues to disregard instruction then they will be asked to leave the play zone.

Any damage caused to the equipment or facility by the party guests then will be the responsibility of the Party Host, for which Jump-N-Joey can claim reimbursement.

Guests are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled party time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for birthday cakes.

Jump-N-Joey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the party due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date will be provided.

Jump-N-Joey may take photographs & videos during the party for promotional purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any guest / participants who does not comply with our rules or behaves inappropriately.

Our staff will be present to ensure safety but We are not responsible for individual person supervision. If any guest / participants caused any kind of injury then guest / participants will be responsible own.

Any changes in the number of pax and menu must be done 72 hours prior to the party.

Our birthday packages are fixed for a period of total 3 hours only. Any extension (at desecration of jump n joey) beyond 3 hours will be chargeable additionally @50,000/- plus GST for every 30 minutes of extension.

Exclusive Package Rates are Final. No any extra discount.
